Investors are encouraged by Trump’s announcement of reaching a trade agreement with England, and the leading indexes on Wall Street are starting the day on a positive trend – Dow Jones climbs 0.5%, S&P 500 rises 0.6% and Nasdaq strengthens 0.9%.
After the reports – ARM loses 7%, Fortinet erases 10.4%.

Green lock on the stock exchange that recorded six Consecutive days of gains – the TA 35 index rose 1% today and earlier recorded another record, of 2,646 points. TA 125 strengthened by 1.1%. Teva jumped 5.7% after yesterday’s reports and announced that it plans to lay off almost 3,000 employees.
Nova, which jumped earlier, closed down 4.2%. Earlier, it was reported that Trump would ease restrictions on the export of AI chips from the US to Israel. And Nova, which also announced at noon that it recorded record results in the first quarter, jumped earlier by around 6%, but ended in a decline without a substantial report on the matter. Its competitors ended in a plus – Tower rose 2.1%, Camtech climbed 1.9%, which also jumped earlier.

Also notable this week – Israir jumped by 15.5% and El Al rose by 9.8%. This follows the cancellation of flights by foreign companies to and from Israel, after the missile hit Ben Gurion Airport on Sunday.
Trump again spurs investors: After the US president unveiled the outline of tariff reductions on Britain, he also expressed hopes regarding talks with China. “It’s worth going out and buying stocks now,” the president said, “this country will be like a rocket going straight up.”
The Dow Jones and S&P 500 indices climb 1.4%, the Nasdaq index strengthens by 1.8%
This is not the first time that Trump has urged investors to buy stocks. On April 9, as trading opened on Wall Street and a few hours before announcing the freeze of most tariffs for 90 days, he wrote: “The United States will be bigger and better than ever. This is a great time to buy stocks.”
That day, after the announcement of the freeze of tariffs, Wall Street recorded particularly sharp increases and the Nasdaq index jumped by 12%
